ExiledExchange2.wiki is not the official Exiled Exchange 2 website and is not affiliated with Kvan7, project contributors, Grinding Gear Games, or the Path of Exile team. We publish independent explanations and link to the software project's official GitHub repository and documentation.
The site may summarize installation, usage, compatibility, updates, migration, and troubleshooting. Information can become outdated as the application, operating systems, Path of Exile 2, and trade services change.
2. External downloads and third-party software
Download links point to GitHub Release assets published by the Exiled Exchange 2 project. The files are not hosted, repackaged, scanned, signed, warranted, or controlled by ExiledExchange2.wiki. A countdown before navigation does not make us the file distributor or developer.
You are responsible for verifying the repository, release tag, filename, file size, SHA256, operating-system warning, license, and suitability before downloading or running third-party software. No displayed checksum guarantees that your device, network, browser, or later copy is secure.
3. No account or enforcement guarantees
We do not guarantee that any third-party application is approved by Grinding Gear Games, complies with every future policy interpretation, or cannot result in account action. Follow the current official Path of Exile Terms of Use and contact official support for account-specific questions.
The site does not provide trading bots, cheats, process injection, automated market actions, account services, cracks, torrents, or methods intended to bypass game or platform controls.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attack, disrupt, overload, scrape aggressively, or attempt unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not use site content to impersonate the official project or claim an affiliation that does not exist.
- Do not submit malicious files, credentials, authentication tokens, or unlawful content through support channels.

5. Intellectual property and trademarks
Exiled Exchange 2, Awakened PoE Trade, Path of Exile, Path of Exile 2, GitHub, and related names or marks belong to their respective owners. Their use on this site is descriptive. It does not imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship.
Official project screenshots remain attributable to their source project and are resized, compressed, and captioned for editorial explanation. The independent site emblem, original written guides, and site-specific layout belong to their respective creators unless otherwise stated.

The site and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, current version data, successful installation, trade results, item valuations, or compatibility with every device and configuration.
Price listings are offers rather than completed-sale records. Any trade decision, security decision, installation decision, or account decision remains your responsibility.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExiledExchange2.wiki and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, external downloads, third-party software, lost data, account action, missed trades, security incidents, or inability to access the service.
